Terms & conditions

Please confirm the final written quotation and order terms before payment.

1. Artwork should be supplied in CorelDRAW format, subject to confirmation with our team.
2. Packing, forwarding and design charges are additional where applicable.
3. Payment terms: 50% advance with the order and balance on delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. GST is additional as applicable.
5. Please check and approve all artwork, spelling and branding before production.
6. Quality and colour may vary by approximately 5–10% compared with samples.
7. Transport charges are extra and payable as agreed.
8. Transport delays and damage are subject to the agreed carrier and order terms; applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Final pricing, availability, branding, delivery and any cancellation or return arrangements must be confirmed in the quotation.
